The new video found below dives into how you'll explore the various worlds and what you might find there. It also touches briefly on two things that stood out to me personally as a Mass Effect fan: the first is being able to see the places you visit outside your ship's windows in real-time, which is amazing, and also having to choose who of your people to wake from cryosleep at various times depending on what your needs are.
